Audio plugins and other software products sold or distributed by Empellex Inc. are subject to separate End User Licence Agreements (EULAs) provided at the time of purchase or download. These Terms of Use govern the website only and do not replace or modify any EULA applicable to a specific product.
Contact form submissions
By submitting information through the contact form on this Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. You grant Empellex Inc. the right to use your submitted information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited ideas and feedback
Empellex Inc. welcomes feedback regarding our existing software products, but we do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, proposals, or materials (including music demos, plugin concepts, or code).
